VEGA × Lily

Your audience already told you what they like.

It’s in their ticket history.

VEGA structures past and future events through its own genre logic—so audiences can be understood, built and reached from what they actually buy.

How a campaign comes together

01

Choose from always-current events.

Lily automatically fetches the event and content blocks from the ticketing system—including event data, artwork and classifications—and keeps them up to date. You simply click the events you want to feature.

02

Reach a living segment.

The audience keeps updating as new ticket purchases arrive—so the segment reflects the latest eligible ticket buyers at send time.

Lily builds newsletters and pre- and post emails based on event information that it fetches from our ticketing systems. In a highly competitive market, building the VEGA brand is extremely important, and Lily lets us do exactly that.

01

Classify the events

VEGA defines the language.

A venue knows its programme better than a generic feed. VEGA can define the genre structure that makes sense for its own audience—from broad categories to useful combinations and subgenres.

02 / Rebuild the history

The past is not locked to an old structure.

First, define the categories that matter to your organisation. Then work back through the event history once. It takes only a few seconds per event—and the method is the same whether there are 10 or 1,000.

01

Define the taxonomy once.

Add the genres and categories you want to work with as values in Lily.

02

Choose how far back to go.

Set the start date. Lily presents the historical events in chronological order.

03

Click the pencil. Choose the category.

Select the relevant value and save. The classification takes only a few seconds per event.

04

The audience history follows.

Every ticket buyer connected to that event becomes part of the matching historical audience category.

2 Add the category

Years of ticket history become usable audience intelligence.10 events or 1,000—the method stays the same.

03 / Build living audiences

Not another list.
A living audience.

Segments reflect ticket behaviour. When behaviour changes, the audience changes with it.

04 / Keep it growing

Every new event and purchase adds another signal.

New event information enters the same structure. New ticket purchases keep the relevant audience categories and segments current—without rebuilding static genre lists by hand.

06 / Audience Visibility

to audience intelligence.
